  Saw for the first time Dr Ling Zheng for a chronic pain that I have for years. I used to go for a Physio care plan as recommended by my previous doctor; however Dr Zheng wouldn't put me on a care plan as she deems me ineligible despite my history and the pain that I'd been having. Her reason: only chronic illnesses are eligible such as diabetes. I don't find her competent. She's forgetting that there is such thing as chronic pain and that the definition from the government's website (https://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/medicare/chronic-disease-management-plan#a1) indicates that more than 6 month condition would be eligible. Dr Zheng instead asked me about pap smear. That is probably her specialty. Avoid her at all costs!
